ECM Field Guide

MSC is proud to have assisted the Wisconsin State Patrol (Technical Reconstruction Unit) in reviewing and editing a Field Guide for identifying and handling Heavy Vehicle ECMs.

The Field Guide is available online. It can be downloaded, distributed, and reprinted with appropriate credit given to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The ECM Field Guide has also been published in The Accident Reconstuction Journal (Fall 2009).

JANUARY 2009

MSC Awarded Environmental Safety and Health Contract

MSC was awarded a competitive-bid contract to provide environmental safety and health consulting services to an Alabama-based energy company. The contract includes assisting with ES&H policies, hazard identification, regulations compliance, and other human factors-related tasks.
